New Hanksy Work

Hanksy  is back to doing his thing on the streets of the Lower East Side and for this  installment of  the always fun Tom Hanks-Banksy mashup, the artist goes with a Tom from the 1990s film “A League of Their Own.”  Hanks’s baseball-capped head was superimposed onto Banksy’s “Peeing Dog.”  The piece was spotted on Mulberry Street just north of Kenmare.

The original Banksy that served as inspiration.

Our Second Hanksy is a nod to the famous maid piece Banksy originally painted in Camden some years back, Doesn’t look like a specific Tom Hanks character was used in this one but it’s equally fun and includes some commentary.
